市级国土空间基础信息平台的设计与实践

Design and Practice of Municipal Land and Space Basic Information Platform

随着自然资源机构改革,自然资源信息化进入一个全新发展阶段,国土空间基础信息平台作为国土一张图的升级版,其聚合了各类国土空间相关数据,为政府各部门开展工作提供一个数据更全面、应用更广泛、共享更顺畅、管理更精细及服务更智慧的信息化平台,是市级自然资源部门的重要工作之一。文章以福建省龙岩市为例,阐述市级统建国土空间基础信息平台的建设思路、总体设计、关键技术和应用实践,旨在为其他市级建设和应用提供借鉴。

With the reform of natural resource institutions,the informatization of natural resources entered a new development stage.As an upgraded version of the one map for land resource,the land and space basic information platform is one of the important tasks of the municipal natural resources department,it collect various types of land and space related data,providing an information platform for government departments to carry out work with more comprehensive data,wider applications,smoother sharing,more refined management,and smarter services.Taking Longyan City in Fujian Province as an example,we elaborates on the municipal level unified construction of land spatial basic information platform from the construction ideas,overall design,key technologies,and application practices,aiming to provide reference for the construction and application of platforms in other cities.
