水利工程BIM施工管理模式流程探究

Exploration of BIM Construction Management Mode Process of Water Conservancy Engineering

目前在工程建设领域中,主要是在项目建设阶段运用BIM技术,而在施工管理领域中的应用并未形成成熟体系。因此,本文以水利工程施工管理作为研究对象,对工程施工管理中BIM技术应用的特点和优势进行分析,并在此基础上通过引入BIM团队提出了一种可以在水利工程施工管理领域中应用的模式;同时构建起基于3个层次、2个系统的水利工程管理平台,并结合水利工程实际施工案例构建了一种基于BIM技术的实时系统应用流程。

At present,in the field of engineering construction,BIM technology is mainly used in the project construction stage,and the application in the field of construction management has not formed a mature system.Therefore,this paper takes the construction management of water conservancy engineering as the research object,analyzes the characteristics and advantages of BIM technology application in engineering construction management,and accordingly proposes a model that can be applied in the field of construction management of water conservancy engineering by introducing BIM team.At the same time,a water conservancy engineering management platform based on three levels and two systems is constructed,and a real-time system application process based on BIM technology is constructed in combination with the actual construction cases of water conservancy engineering.
