大数据时代电力营销信息化建设研究

摘要 网络技术的普及,使经济、市场环境及生产经营等方面都受到了影响,过去的商业模式及传统的竞争优势已不再适应当今的发展趋势,电力企业需借助大数据精准营销进一步挖掘消费需求,提高产品精准投放度及营销效率。但随着精准营销的发展与应用,数据交互实现难、精准化程度低、数据分析与应用脱节等问题也不断影响着企业的发展。因此,本文以大数据时代为背景,探讨电力企业在精准营销发展与应用过程中存在的问题,并提出应对措施。 The popularization of network technology has affected the economy,market environment,production and operation,and the previous business model and traditional competitive advantage are no longer suitable for the present development trend.Electric power enterprises need to further explore consumer demand with the help of big data precision marketing,improve product precision delivery and marketing efficiency.However,with the development and application of precision marketing,problems such as difficult data interaction,low degree of precision,and disconnection between data analysis and application also continue to affect the development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes the era of big data as the background to discuss the problems in the development and application of precision marketing in electric power enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures.
