随着经济的高质量发展,高新技术企业之间的竞争愈加激烈。为更好地进行市场预测,提高企业运营效率和经营效益,高新技术企业应加强对全面预算管理的应用与研究。为此,阐述了高新技术企业全面预算管理的意义,分析了高新技术企业全面预算管理存在的问题,并以SL公司为例,提出了相应的解决策略。

With the high-quality development of the economy,competition among high-tech enterprises has become increasingly fierce.In order to enhance market forecasting,improve operational efficiency and boost business performance,high-tech enterprises should intensify the application and research on comprehensive budget management.To this end,this paper elucidates the significance of comprehensive budget management for high-tech enterprises,analyzes the existing issues in comprehensive budget management for these enterprises,and provides corresponding solutions using SL Company as an example.
