Promoting the integration of business and financial in state-owned enterprise is a crucial initiative to drive reform,innovation,and transformation in state-owned enterprises in the new era.This paper explores the current status and challenges faced by state-owned enterprises in the cultural sector in their progress towards business and finance integration,presents specific pathways for cultural state-owned enterprises to enhance their financial and operational management capabilities,promote the widespread adoption of supportive policies and systems,optimize organizational structures and management mechanisms,and strengthen internal and external cooperation as well as resource integration.
