Coal energy has always been one of China's important foundational energy sources.Over the decades,coal enterprises have carried the significant responsibility of driving the continuous development of China's economy.In the era of digital economy,information technology has spurred rapid advancements across various industries.Coal enterprises are now faced with an urgent need for transformation and upgrading,requiring comprehensive reforms from multiple perspectives to actively promote China's green and ecological economic development initiatives.Therefore,this paper elucidates the importance of strengthening financial risk management for coal enterprises,outlines the types of financial risks coal enterprises face,and presents measures for constructing a financial risk prevention system within the coal industry.
