教师研修数字化转型:基于技术支持教师研修的分析

摘要 高质量教师队伍是教育发展的中坚力量,教师研修是促进教师专业发展的重要形式,推动教师研修的数字化转型是教育数字化转型的关键。基于对数字技术支持的教师研修发展历程与现存问题的分析,教师研修数字化转型的诉求主要包括:研修平台数据沉淀不足,研修评价亟待精细化;研修平台工具属性明显,研修模式深层次变革亟待探索。针对上述诉求,结合智能时代的知识观、学习观、实践观等,在虚实数据融合新空间和教师数字孪生体模型的支持下,构建了专家引领的理论学习和草根化的实践生成双线教师研修模式,提出了教师研修数字化转型实施建议:融通各级数据资源,打通数据壁垒;完善能力认证机制,催生教师内部动机;优化平台数据安全监管机制,保护教师隐私。 High-quality teachers are the backbone of education development.Teacher training is an important form of promoting teachers' professional development.Promoting the digital transformation of teacher training is a key force for the digital transformation of education.Based on the analysis of the development process and existing problems of teacher training supported by digital technology,this paper discusses the needs of digital transformation of teacher training,mainly including:the data precipitation of training platform is insufficient and the training program evaluation needs to be refined urgently;The utility-orientation of the training platform is obvious,and the deep reform of the training mode needs to be explored.In view of the above needs,and based on the views of knowledge,learning and practice in the intelligent age,a dual-line teacher training model of expert-led theoretical learning and grassroots practice generation is constructed,with the support of the new space of virtual and real data fusion and the digital twin model of teachers.Finally,in order to support the creation of a good teacher training ecology,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of digital transformation of teacher training:integrating data resources at all levels and breaking through data barriers;Improve the ability certification mechanism to promote teachers' internal motivation;Optimize the supervision mechanism of platform data security to protect teachers' privacy.
