韭菜汁中吡虫啉农药残留荧光检测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据不同种类有机物有着不同的荧光特性,使用荧光光谱法研究了韭菜汁中吡虫啉药物的含量。通过对不同浓度吡虫啉韭菜汁溶液的荧光光谱分析,得到了韭菜汁中不同吡虫啉含量的荧光光谱图,分析了吡虫啉药物浓度与荧光强度的关系。实验表明,在激发光波长为255nm时,吡虫啉韭菜汁溶液的特征发射波长为395nm左右。根据吡虫啉药物浓度和荧光强度进行线性拟合,得出两者具有很强的线性相关性,其R^(2)为0.96811,并通过此函数计算出韭菜汁待测样品1和2中吡虫啉药物的含量。研究结果显示,荧光检测法对韭菜汁中吡虫啉农药残留量的检测快速、有效,并具有一定的实际应用意义。 According to the different fluorescence characteristics of different kinds of organic matter,the content of imidacloprid in leek juice was studied by using fluorescence spectroscopy.The fluorescence spectroscopy of different imidacloprid leek juice solutions obtained fluorescence profiles of different imidacloprid contents in leek juice and analyzed the relationship between imidacloprid drug concentration and fluorescence intensity.The iments showed that the characteristic emission of imidacloprid leek juice solution was around 395nm at an excitation light of 255nm.A linear fit was performed according to imidacloprid drug concentration and fluorescence intensity,which yielded a strong linear correlation with an R^(2) of 0.96811,and calculated the content of imidacloprid drug in samples1 and 2 to be tested in leek juice by the function.The results showed that the fluorescence detection method is fast and effective in the detection of imidacloprid pesticide residues in leek juice and has some practical significance.
