摘要
建立了固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法同时测定土壤中9种邻苯二甲酸酯残留量的检测方法。在10.0~300μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内9种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物线性良好,方法检出限为0.7~2.0μg·kg^(-1),土壤样品加标回收率为87.0%~105.0%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~4.5%。本方法操作简便,检出限低,测试结果重现性和准确度好,适用于土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯化合物的检测。
A method for simultaneous determination of 9 residues of phthalates in soil by solid phase extraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The calibration curves showed good linearity in the concentration range of 10.0~300μg·L^(-1),The detection limits were 0.7~2.0μg·kg^(-1).The recoveries of tthe spicked soil samples were 87.0%~105.0%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.5%~4.5%.This method is simple to operate,low detection limit,good reproducibility and accuracy of test results,and is suitable for the detection of phthalates in compounds soil.
