摘要
新标准《水质石油类和动植物油的测定红外分光光度法》(HJ 637-2018),采用四氯乙烯为萃取剂,且对其质量要求较高、用量较大,由此产生大量含油四氯乙烯废液。本文采用减压蒸馏法,在较佳回收条件(系统压强为2.95~4.09 k Pa、温度为90℃、转速为120~300r·min^(-1))下,四氯乙烯回收率大于94%,回收速率大于4.6g·min^(-1)。红外测油仪测定回收的四氯乙烯在3030、2960、2930cm^(-1)处吸光度分别为小于0、0.008和0.022,质量达标。用回收的四氯乙烯进行验证实验,相对误差小于2%,回收的四氯乙烯可循环再利用。
In the new standard "Water Quality Determination of Petroleum and Animal and Vegetable Oils by Infrared Spectrophotometry"(HJ 637-2018),tetrachloroethylene is used as the extractant,which meets the requirements for the higher quality and the larger quantity.Therefore,a large amount of waste liquid within tetrachloroethylene and oil will be generated.Using vacuum distillation,under the optimal conditions (system pressure of 2.95~4.09kPa,temperature of 90℃,and rotation speed of 120~300r·min^(-1)),the recovery rate of perchloroethylene could reach more than 94%;the recovery rate could reach more than 4.6g·min^(-1).The absorbance of the recovered product at 3030,2960,and 2930cm^(-1)measured by infrared oil meter was less than 0,0.008 and0.022 respectively,which meets the absorbance requirements of tetrachloroethylene in the national standard.Using the recovered tetrachloroethylene as the extractant for verification experiments,the error of measuring oil in water was less than 2%,which also showed that the recovered tetrachloroethylene could be recycled and reused.
