摘要
通过低温单宁酸沉淀法制备Co_(3)O_(4)纳米棒,将其作为涂层填料可以有效提高涂层的耐腐蚀性能,同时检验了填料的最佳添加量。EIS与SVET的结果表明,Co_(3)O_(4)填料具有阻碍金属腐蚀的阴、阳极反应的能力,添加量为20wt%时,涂层耐腐蚀性最佳。
The Co_(3)O_(4) nanorods were prepared by low-temperature tannic acid precipitation method,which could effectively improve the corrosion resistance of coatings as coating fillers,and the optimal content of fillers is tested.The results of EIS and SVET showed that the Co_(3)O_(4) filler had the ability to hinder the anodic and anodic reactions of metal corrosion,and the coating with the filler content of 20wt% had the best corrosion resistance.
