摘要
为了给黄河流域河南段八市高质量发展提供参考,以2011—2020年的统计数据为基础,从绿色、协调、开放、创新、和谐5个维度进行分析,建立了黄河流域河南段八市的高质量发展评价体系。采用全局熵值法计算了八市的高质量发展指数,并运用皮尔逊相关系数法研究了其相关性。结果表明:从绿色、协调、开放、创新、和谐5个维度来看,八市的高质量发展指数虽然在增长,但是在协调发展和创新发展上仍有所不足,指数均未能突破0.800,而在开放发展与和谐发展上高质量发展指数较为均衡,且这些城市的高质量发展指数正相关。在推动黄河流域河南段八市高质量发展进程中,应注重提升协调性和创新性,进一步完善发展策略和政策,推动经济、环境、社会等各方面的协调发展。
In order to promote the high-quality development of eight cities in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin,a high-quality de-velopment evaluation system was established for the eight cities in this region based on statistical data from 2011 to 2020.The evaluation sys-tem analyzed the development from five dimensions of green,coordinated,open,innovative and harmonious.The comprehensive entropy method was used to calculate the high-quality development index of the eight cities,and the Pearson correlation coefficient was applied to study their correlations.The results show that although the high-quality development index of the eight cities has been increasing,there are still deficiencies in the aspects of coordination and innovative development,and the indexes have not exceeded 0.800.However,the achieve-ments in open and harmonious development are relatively balanced,and the high-quality development indexes of these cities show a positive correlation trend.In promoting high-quality development,it is necessary to focus on improving coordination and innovation,further refine de-velopment strategies and policies,and promote coordinated development in various aspects such as economy,environment,and society.
