综合肌群训练对腰突症患者核心肌群表面肌电信号影响的研究

Study on the effect of the training of integrated muscle groups on the surface electromyographic signals of core muscle groups in patients with lumbar synostosis

目的分析针刺结合腰部核心肌群训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰部肌群表面肌电信号的影响。方法收集符合腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准的40例门诊病例,按随机数字表法随机分成单纯针刺治疗组(n=20)和针刺结合核心肌群训练组(n=20)。记录2组患者治疗前、治疗后即刻竖脊肌、多裂肌表面肌电信号,并计算中位频率(MF)以及记录平均肌电值(AEMG)进行统计学分析。结论治疗前2组患者的竖脊肌、多裂肌的AEMG、MF值差异没有显著性(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者的AEMG、MF值和其自身比较均较治疗前提高,且针刺结合腰部核心肌群训练组AEMG值、MF值大于单纯针刺组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合核心肌群的稳定性训练,更能有效激活腰椎间盘突出症患者腰部肌群,改善腰椎间盘突出症患者症状。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with lumbar core muscle group training on lumbar muscle group in patients with lumbar disc herniation before and after treatment.Methods According to the criteria for diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation,40 outpatient patients were collected and randomly divided into simple acupuncture group(n=20)and acupuncture combined with core muscle group training group(n=20)according to the admission order.Before and immediately after treatment,surface electromyography signals were recorded in the erector spine and multifidus muscles of the two groups of patients,further data processing and extraction of median frequency(MF)and mean electromyographic value(AEMG)were required for statistical analysis.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the AEMG and MF values of the erector spinal muscle and multifidus muscle between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the AEMG and MF values of the two groups of patients and their own comparison were higher than before treatment,among which the AEMG and MF values of the acupuncture combined with lumbar core muscle group training group were higher than those of the simple acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with stability training of core muscle groups can improve the activation of lumbar muscle groups in patients with lumbar disc herniation,and further improve the symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
