聚焦超声联合下鼻甲部分切除与下鼻甲骨折外移治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效比较

Comparison of the Efficacy of Focused Ultrasound Combined with Partial Resection and Fracture of Inferior Tuibinate in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:比较聚焦超声联合下鼻甲部分切除与下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选取石河子市人民医院耳鼻喉科2019年1月-2021年6月收治的过敏性鼻炎患者70例,按照随机法分成两组,A组(n=36)和B组(n=34)。A组采用鼻内镜下高能量聚焦超声治疗联合下鼻甲黏骨膜下部分切除,B组采用鼻内镜下高能量聚焦超声治疗联合下鼻甲骨折外移术治疗。两组患者术后随访1年,根据术前术后两组症状评分、鼻炎结膜炎生活质量(RQLQ)评分比较疗效。结果:A组治疗有效率(88.89%,32/36)高于B组(88.24%,30/34),但是两组治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后RQLQ评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高能量聚焦超声联合下鼻甲部分切除与下鼻甲骨折外移术均是治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效方法,为了能够使患者的效果达到最优,所采取的具体方法应当因人而异。

Objective:Comparison of the efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with partial resection and fracture of inferior tuibinate in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:Seventy cases of AR were selected and treated in ShiHeZi People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021,they were divided into group A and group B according to random number table method 36 cases in group A and 34 cases in group B,the group A was treated with high intensity focused ultrasoundan and partial resection,The group B was treated with nasal endoscopic turbinate volume reduction combined with high intensity focused ultrasoundan and fracture of inferior tuibinate,two groups of patients were followed up for 1 year after surgery,and the efficacy was compared based on the preoperative and postoperative symptom scores,as well as the quality of life(RQLQ)scores for rhinitis and conjunctivitis.Results:The total response rate of group A was 88.89%,that of group B was 88.24%,the difference was not satistically significant(P>0.05),there was statistically significant difference in RQLQ between the two groups before and after treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups.Conclusion:Both surgical methods,high intensity focused ultrasound combined with partial resection and fracture of inferior tuibinate had good effects.Therefore,it is suggested that precise diagnosis should be made and treatment should be accordingly performed in different patients.
