老年教育在党的教育方针中的对标使命及落实路径

Mission and Implementation Path of the Elderly Education in the CPC’s Education Policy

教育方针反映了党在一定历史阶段对教育改革发展方向的总体规定,指导和规范着教育改革发展的全领域、全过程。老年教育所遵循的工作方针综合体现了党在老龄事业和教育事业中的指导思想,经历了“老龄方针”主导、“教育方针”参入、“双方针”融合的演进阶段。新时代老年教育必须对标党的教育方针,从政治、社会、文化、教育、人本等多维度审视和践行自身的时代使命,推动老年思想政治教育创新,强化老年教育发展文化自觉,实施老年教育差异化发展,提升老年教育现代化水平,成为积极应对人口老龄化的中坚力量。

The education policy reflects the CPC’s overall regulations on the direction of educational reform and development in certain historical stages,guides and regulates the entire field and process of educational reform and development.The elderly education in China originates from outside of education system and integrates into inside of education system.The elderly education policy is based on the CPC’s guidelines on elderly career and education.As an indispensable part of modern education system,elderly education is an important measure of implementing the CPC’s education policy.Elderly education in the new era must align with the CPC’s education policy and implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,so as to become the core force of tackling the problem of population aging.
