高职院校工科实训课程中学生劳动可量化评价方式探索——基于生产型企业7S制度

摘要 在高职院校劳动教育新时代发展背景下,聚焦典型工科实训课程中学生劳动素养评价。依据生产型企业独有的7S管理制度,提炼该制度中劳动元素,构建整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节约7个一级劳动评价指标及数十个观测点。观测点与工科实训课程教学内容深度融合,且根据课程的不同调整观测点及权重配比。评价指标细化至课堂每个环节,注重劳动素养评价的可行性与实践性。 Under the new era of labor education in higher vocational colleges,this paper focuses on the evaluation of students’labor quality in typical professional courses.Relying on the unique 7S management system of manufacturing enterprises,labor elements in the system are refined,and seven first⁃level labor evaluation indicators and dozens of observation points are constructed,including Seiri,Setion,Seiso,Seiketsu,Shisuke,Safety and Save.The observation points are deeply integrated with the teaching contents of professional courses,and the observation points and weight ratio are adjusted according to different courses.The evaluation indicators are refined into each link of the classroom,focusing on the feasibility and practicality of labor quality evaluation.
