摘要
区块链技术与金融领域的结合,在给金融发展带来新模式和新机遇的同时,在多个层面上也出现了新的风险,如数据与隐私方面的安全风险、经济与法律层面的风险以及区块链技术本身的风险。针对这些风险,从以下几方面提出风险防控措施:强化技术研发,满足区块链金融技术需求;构建严密的区块链监管体系;加快区块链金融立法,弥补法律空白。
The combination of blockchain technology and the financial field not only brings new models and opportunities to financial development,but also presents new risks at multiple levels,such as security risks in data and privacy,economic and legal risks,and the risks of blockchain technology itself.In response to these risks,risk prevention and control measures are proposed from the following aspects:strengthening technology research and development to meet the needs of blockchain finance technology,building a rigorous blockchain regulatory system and accelerating legislation on blockchain finance to fill legal gaps.
