主要介绍了县域层面应急联动指挥平台的思考过程和相关建设思路,以海岛县区岱山县为例进行数字化相关应用的重点说明。
This paper mainly introduces the thinking process and related construction ideas of the emergency linkage command platform at the county level,and mainly focuses on the digital application of Daishan County,an island county.
