摘要
眼动追踪技术是研究认知行为及其神经生理机制的有效方法, 结合认知任务态, 眼动追踪技术可以实现大脑认知功能的量化和过程评估。相较传统的神经心理量表检测, 它具有更好的时间分辨率和敏感性, 减少了人为因素的干扰, 可重复性更高。本文围绕眼动追踪技术的发展和目前在神经系统疾病患者认知功能评估中的应用进行综述, 同时讨论其在不同神经系统疾病和不同认知功能损害中的特征性眼动表征以及在认知评估中的应用前景。
Eye tracking technology is an effective method to study cognitive behavior and its neurophysiological mechanisms.Combined with cognitive tasks,eye tracking technology enables the quantification and process measurement of the brain's cognitive functions.It has better temporal resolution and sensitivity compared with traditional neuropsychological scales,and it gets higher repeatability by reducing the interference of human factors.In this review,we trace the development of eye tracking technology and its current application in cognitive assessment of neurological diseases,discuss the eye tracking characteristics in different neurological disorders and cognitive impairments,and outline the prospect of eye tracking technology in cognitive assessment.
