《西游记》成书时间谫论——以取经五圣的排序为考察中心

Exploring the Completion Time of Journey to the West--Centered on the Ranking of the Five Sages of Going on a Pilgrimage for Buddhist Scriptures

《西游记》的成书时间,学界至今未有定论。鉴于《西游记》的作者存在争议,故而选择取经五圣的排序作为问题的切入点,以世德堂本《西游记》中的收降顺序和证果顺序作为参照,从取经本事的演变、明人序跋、“西游”宝卷等的袭用出发,并兼顾西游文本对时人著作的引述,将《西游记》的成书时间最终定在嘉靖四十三年(1564)至万历十四年(1586)间。

There is no final conclusion on the completion time of Journey to the West in the academic circles.In view of the controversy over the author of Journey to the West,the author chooses the ranking of the five sages as the starting point,takes the order of accepting surrender and achieving enlightenment in Journey to the West of Shidetang's edition as a reference,starts from the evolution of the ability of collecting scriptures,the preface and postscript by the person of the Ming dynasty and the continuous use of precious volumes of journey to the West story,takes into account the citations of works written by people of the time in the text of Journey to the West,and finally sets the completion time of Journey to the West between the 43rd year of Jiajing(1564)and the 14th year of Wanli(1586).
