摘要
本文针对现有变压器水喷淋降温装置存在的喷淋效果不佳、无法根据主变负荷油温情况自动控制、控制滞后等问题,对其进行改进设计,提出包含顶部喷头、侧壁喷头、环境喷头的立体式喷淋降温方式,设计电气控制回路与水回路分离的就地控制柜,通过手控、自控、远控相结合的控制逻辑实现装置的自动控制,提升喷淋降温效果。经过现场应用,该装置可实现6℃以上的智能辅助降温,减少了人力物力的浪费。
This article focuses on the problems of poor spraying effect,inability to automatically control according to the load oil temperature of the main transformer and control lag in the existing transformer water spray cooling device.A stereo type spray cooling method that includes top nozzle,side wall nozzle and environmental nozzle is proposed.A local control cabinet is designed to separate the electrical control circuit from the water circuit,and a control logic combining manual control,automatic control and remote control is used to realize automatic control of the device,improving the cooling effect of spraying.On-site application shows that the device can achieve intelligent auxiliary cooling above 6℃,reducing the waste of manpower and material resources.
