中医学:一种以能量为纲领创立临床范式的医学

现代医学主要是一种在还原论思维主导下的基于物质科学的范式,而能量的意义被系统性地忽视。实际上能量在生命起源、演化、真核生物产生以及有性生殖、两性分化、衰老、死亡等行为中均扮演根本性的作用。生命在进化压力下,形成具有分形特征的多层次网络系统,达到能量利用效率最大化,是跨物种幂律规模法则的原因。与能量生成相伴随的电子渗露造成自由基损伤或修复的失衡是疾病、衰老、死亡等的基础。中医学在早期就用阳气、精气、“通”的相关思想表达了上述意涵,更重要的是中医学以能量为纲领来组织自身的思维和临床范式,是中医学最核心的学术优势。

Modern medicine is mainly a paradigm based on material science under the guidance of reductionist thinking,and the significance of energy is largely ignored.In fact,energy plays a fundamental role in the origin and evolution of life,the production of eukaryotes,and sexual reproduction,sexual differentiation,aging,death and other behaviors.Under the pressure of evolution,life maximizes energy utilization efficiency by forming multilevel network system with fractal characteristics,which is the reason for the power-law scale law across species.The imbalance of free radical damage and repair caused by electron leakage associated with energy generation is the basis of disease,aging,death and so on.In the early stage,traditional Chinese medicine expressed the above meanings with the related thoughts of Yang Qi,Essence and Qi,Tong(flowing and penetrating).More importantly,traditional Chinese medicine organizes its own thinking and clinical paradigm based on energy,which is the core academic superi-ority of traditional Chinese medicine.
