Analysis of Modern TCM Clinical Treatment of Vitiligo Based on Knowledge Atlas

目的探讨白癜风现代中医临证治疗的研究热点及前沿发展趋势。方法检索2000年1月1日至2021年8月31日发表在中国知网期刊数据库、维普期刊数据库以及万方期刊数据库上白癜风中医临证治疗的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析,构建知识图谱。结果发文量总体呈逐年上升趋势;最高产作者是许爱娥;发文量最多的机构是杭州市第三人民医院,并与浙江中医药大学组成了该领域最具影响力团队;最常见的制剂为“复方卡力孜然酊”;最常见的光疗为“窄谱中波紫外线”;治疗方法包括“中医药疗法”和“中西医结合疗法”;最常见的研究是“临床观察”类研究;该领域起到沟通桥梁作用的关键词是“白癜风”“中医药疗法”“酪氨酸酶”和“复方卡力孜然酊”;突现词包括“中医药疗法”“酪氨酸酶”“中药治疗”“复方卡力孜然酊”“nb-uvb”“308nm准分子激光”“毫火针”“他克莫司软膏”“氧化应激”“临床疗效”等。结论白癜风现代中医临证治疗领域的研究热点和主题方向是“光疗”“毫火针”“他克莫司软膏”和“氧化应激”等,研究方法主要为临床疗效观察。

Objective To explore the research hotspot and frontier development trend of modern Chinese medicine clinical treat⁃ment of vitiligo.Methods Retrieve relevant literature on clinical treatment of vitiligo in TCM from January 1,2000 to August 31,2021 in CNKI journal database,VIP journal database and Wanfang journal database,and use CiteSpace software for visual analy⁃sis to build a knowledge map.Results The overall number of published articles is increasing year by year;the most prolific au⁃thor is Xu Ai'e;the institution with the largest number of papers is Hangzhou Third People's Hospital,which forms the most influ⁃ential team in this field with Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;the most common preparations are"Compound Kali cumin tincture";the most common phototherapy is"narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet";the treatment methods include"traditional Chinese medicine therapy"and"integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy";the most common research is"clinical observation"type research;the The key words that play a role as a bridge in the field are"Vitili⁃go","Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy","Tyrosinase"and"Compound Kali Cumin Tincture";prominent words include"Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy","Tyrosinase"","Chinese medicine treatment","Compound Kali cumin tincture","nb-uvb","308nm excimer laser","Fine fire needle","Tacrolimus ointment","Oxidative stress","Clinical Curative Effect"etc.Conclusion The research hotspots and thematic directions in the field of modern TCM clinical treatment of vitiligo are"pho⁃totherapy","feel-fire needle","tacrolimus ointment"and"oxidative stress",etc.The research methods are mainly clinical curative effect observation.
