型钢连接装配式剪力墙抗震性能研究 被引量:1

A Study on the Seismic Performance of Profile Steel Connected Precast Concrete Shear Walls

摘要 采用带锚筋的锚板、腹板、端板以及加劲板作为连接件,可实现相邻上下层预制混凝土墙板之间的干式连接。为研究该新型全装配式剪力墙的受力性能和抗震性能,进行了2个剪跨比为1.916的试件和1个相同剪跨比和配筋率的现浇整体墙体的低周往复拟静力试验,分析了该全装配式剪力墙的承载能力、耗能能力、延性、位移角、耗能效率、刚度退化等性能。研究结果表明:现浇整体墙体和全装配式剪力墙的破坏形式均为受弯破坏,全装配式剪力墙的耗能能力、延性、位移角、耗能效率、刚度退化等抗震性能指标与现浇整体墙体基本接近,但承载力有所提高。全装配式剪力墙从弹性阶段至破坏阶段,型钢连接件依然处于弹性阶段,满足“强节点弱构件”抗震要求。基于试验结果建立了有限元分析模型,对轴压比、高宽比、暗柱纵筋配筋率和型钢节点连接位置等关键参数对型钢连接装配式剪力墙抗震性能的影响开展了研究。 Using anchor plates with anchor bars,webs,end plates and stiffening plates as connectors,the dry connection between the adjacent upper and lower precast concrete wall panels can be realized.In order to study the mechanical and seismic performance of the new fully assembled shear wall,low-cycle reversed quasi-static tests of two specimens with shearspan ratio of 1.916 and one cast-in-place integral wall with the same shear-span ratio and reinforcement ratio were carried out.The bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity,ductility,displacement angle,energy dissipation efficiency and stiffness degradation were analyzed.The results show that the failure mode of the body wall and the fully assembled shear wall is flexural failure.The seismic performance indexes of the fully assembled shear wall,such as energy dissipation capacity,ductility,displacement angle,energy dissipation efficiency,stffness degradation,are basically close to those of the cast-in-place integral wall,but the bearing capacity is improved.From elastic stage to failure,the steel connectors are still in the elastic stage,which can meet the seismic requirements of'strong joints,weak members'.The finite element analysis model is built based on the test results.The influence of key parameters such as axial compression ratio,height-width ratio,longitudinal reinforcement ratio of the hidden column and connection position of profile section steel joints on seismic performance of steel connected precast concrete shear wall.
