摘要
目前泰国生活垃圾分类尚处于初级阶段,垃圾中杂物含量较多、有机质含量较低、含水率随季节变化差异较大。通过生态能源化技术(EMBT)处理工艺的应用为例,讨论该工艺在生活垃圾综合处理方面的可行性。项目达产运行后,各项指标均不低于设计要求,其中垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)含水率不高于55%;沼气产率达到37.5Nm^(3)/t生活垃圾。通过本应用案例,表明该工艺适用于处理生活垃圾,并且在实现生活垃圾减量化、无害化的同时,可充分实现生活垃圾的资源化。
At present,the classification of domestic Waste sorting in Thailand is still in the primary stage,with more sundries,lower organic matter content and larger seasonal variation in moisture content.Taking the application of EMBT treatment process as an example,the feasibility of this process in the comprehensive treatment of domestic waste is discussed.After the project reaches production and operation,all indicators shall not be lower than the design requirements,with RDF moisture content not exceeding 55%;The biogas production rate reaches 37.5 Nm^(3)/t of household waste.Through this application case,it is shown that this process is suitable for the treatment of domestic waste,and can fully realize the resource utilization of domestic waste while achieving the reduction and harmless treatment of domestic waste.
