摘要
SiO_(2)气凝胶高孔隙率的微观结构极大限制了热传导,具备较强的保温性能。本文将SiO_(2)气凝胶与岩棉复合,制备了一种可应用于供热管路外保温的复合材料。研究表明,在EVA胶粉含量为3vol%、SiO_(2)气凝胶填充占55vol%时,可在兼顾力学性能与保温性能的前提下实现最佳使用效果。
Silica aerogel has strong thermal insulation performance because of its high porosity microstructure,which greatly limits the heat conduction.In this research,we produced a kind of composite thermal insulation material by silica aerogel and rock wool which can be used in external insulation of heating pipelines.Experimental results showed that under the condition of EVA proportion takes up 3vol%and silica aerogel proportion takes up 55vol%,the best use effect of mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties can be achieved.
