摘要 上海作为全国第一批垃圾分类处理试点城市,分类垃圾品质较高。本文以上海某区湿垃圾处理工程为例,讨论基于EMBT工艺的厨余和餐厨垃圾协同处理的可行性。项目稳定运行后,综合固渣含水率低于60%,提油率高于90%,沼气产率达到70Nm^(3)/t湿垃圾。相比于单独处理工艺,协同处理工艺在降低项目投资和运行成本、简化运行控制等方面具有明显优势,对其他城市垃圾处理项目的建设具有积极的参考意义。 As one of the first national pilot cities for waste classification and treatment,Shanghai has a high quality of classified waste.Taking a wet waste treatment project in a district of Shanghai as an example,this paper discusses the feasibility of collaborative treatment of food residue and kitchen waste based on EMBT technology.After the stable operation of the project,the moisture content of the slag is less than 60%,the oil extraction rate is higher than 90%,and the biogas production rate reaches 70Nm^(3)/t wet waste.Comparing with the single process,the cooperative process has obvious advantages in reducing project investment and operation cost,simplifying operation control,etc,which has positive reference significance for the construction of waste treatment projects in other cities.
