西安市某半地埋式污水处理厂节能降耗分析

摘要 以西安市某半地埋式污水处理厂为例,对半地埋式污水处理厂工艺运行设备及运行单元的能耗进行分析。该污水处理厂采用三级提升,采用“改良Bardenpho+高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池”核心工艺,经分析提升泵、曝气风机及除臭系统能耗分别占工艺设备总能耗的36.04%、22.08%、17.4%。针对分析结果,提出适用于半地埋式污水处理厂的节能降耗措施,为以后半地埋式或全地埋式污水处理厂的优化设计提供参考。 Taking a semi buried sewage treatment plant in Xi'an as an example,this paper analyzes the energy consumption of the process operation equipment and operating units of the semi buried sewage treatment plant.The sewage treatment plant adopts a three-level upgrade and adopts the core process of"improved Bardepho+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification deep bed filter".After analysis,the energy consumption of the lift pump,aeration fan,and deodorization system account for 36.04%,22.08%,and 17.4%of the total energy consumption of the process equipment,respectively.Based on the above analysis results,energy-saving and consumption reduction measures suitable for semi buried sewage treatment plants are proposed,providing reference for the optimization design of semi buried or fully buried sewage treatment plants in the future.
