太赫兹通信军事应用领域发展动向与展望

Development trends and prospects of terahertz communication in military applications

摘要 太赫兹通信技术兼具微波通信和光通信优点,可解决当前无线系统的频谱稀缺和容量限制问题,成为重要的战略频谱资源,是未来通信技术发展的重要方向。利用文献调研法和专家咨询法,在梳理太赫兹通信技术发展基础上,重点介绍主要国家在太赫兹通信领域的布局情况,报道关键核心器件、太赫兹天线以及空间通信技术的最新研究进展。结合军事应用前景,该技术可为战斗机载网络提供下一代定向通信技术,可开发千兆安全的战场无线传感器网络,提高作战能力等。最后,展望太赫兹通信技术发展趋势:未来空间无线通信技术将成为通信发展的重要方向;开发小尺寸、高输出功率、低功耗、低成本和高度集成的太赫兹器件依然是未来太赫兹通信技术的发展重点;太赫兹通信安全是长期要开展的研究;人工智能辅助的太赫兹通信技术将成为新的研究方向。 Terahertz communication technology integrates the advantages of microwave and optical communication,to address the problem of capacity limitation and spectrum scarcity in current wireless systems,thereby becoming a strategic spectrum resource for the development of future communication technology.Through literature research and expert consultation,this study presents a layout of major countries in the field of terahertz communication,summarizing the latest research progress on key core devices,terahertz antennas,and space communication technology.It is expected that terahertz communication,combined with military application prospects,will provide next-generation directional communication technology for fighter aircraft networks,help develop secure gigabit battlefield wireless sensor networks,and improve combat capabilities.Finally,development trends of terahertz communication technology are foreseen as:(1)Space wireless communication technology becoming an important direction of communication development in the future;(2)Development of small-sized terahertz devices with high output power,low power consumption,low cost,and high degree of integration becoming a future development focus;(3)Terahertz communication security becoming a long-term research topic;and(4)AI-assisted terahertz communication technology becoming a new research direction.
