社区获得性肺炎儿童的生物标志物与疾病严重程度的相关性

Association of biomarkers with disease severity in children with community-acquired pneumonia

摘要 目的探讨白细胞(WBC)计数、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)与儿童社区获得性肺炎(CAP)疾病严重程度的相关性。方法回顾性分析东营市东营区人民医院儿科2020年1月-2022年12月收治的256例CAP患儿WBC、ESR、CRP和PCT水平,比较CAP患儿严重程度与以上生物标志物的相关性。结果在256名患儿中,WBC、ESR、CRP和PCT在不同严重程度类别间无统计学差异,没有一种生物标志物能够区分疾病严重程度之间的差异。结论尽管CRP和PCT可能在预测最严重的结局方面有一定的作用,但WBC、ESR、CRP和PCT通常不能用于区分CAP患儿的严重程度。 Objective To investigate the correlation of leukocyte count(WBC),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)with the severity of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)in children.Method The levels of WBC,ESR,CRP and PCT in 256 children with CAP admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Dongying District People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the correlation between the severity of CAP and the above biomarkers was compared.Result In 256 children,WBC,ESR,CRP,and PCT were not statistically different among severity classes,and no single biomarker was able to distinguish between disease severity.Conclusion WBC,ESR,CRP,and PCT are generally not used to distinguish the severity of children with CAP,although CRP and PCT may have some role in predicting the most severe outcome.
