矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病采用汉防己甲素片联合乙酰半胱氨酸片的治疗效果分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of tetrandrine tablets combined with acetylcysteine tablets in silicosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的分析实施矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,CoPD)患者治疗的过程中汉防己甲素片联合乙酰半胱氨酸片所获得的临床疗效。方法此研究对象的随机选取时间为2019年8月-2022年8月,共包括于天津市北辰医院接受矽肺合并COPD治疗的患者48例,随机分为各有24例患者的两组,对照组患者所采用的治疗方法为常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用汉防己甲素片联合乙酰半胱氨酸片。结果与对照组患者相比,观察组患者胸闷、咳嗽咳痰以及喘息改善时间均明显较短,P<0.05。两组患者治疗前肺功能、动脉血气指标以及炎性指标与COPD评分、生活自理能力均无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后观察组患者上述相关指标则与对照组患者存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论针对矽肺合并COPD患者实施治疗的过程中,汉防己甲素片联合乙酰半胱氨酸片是一种相对较为理想的联合用药方案,不仅缩短了患者相关症状的缓解时间,同时也促进了患者肺功能、动脉血气指标以及炎性指标与COPD评分、生活自理能力的改善。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the combination of hexycline and acetylcysteine in the treatment of silicosis complicated with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 48 patients with silicosis complicated with COPD were randomly selected from the hospital between August 2019 and August 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups with 24 patients in each group,the patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while the patients in the observation group were treated with HFA combined with acetylcysteine on the basis of the control group.Results Compared with the control group,the improvement time of chest tightness,cough,expectoration and wheezing in the observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pulmonary function,arterial blood gas and inflammation between the two groups before treatment and COPD score,self-care ability(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Tetrandrine tablets combined with acetylcysteine tablets is a relatively ideal combination regimen in the treatment of patients with silicosis complicated with COPD,which not only shortens the remission time of the related symptoms of the patients,but also shortens the time of treatment,at the same time,it also promoted the improvement of pulmonary function,arterial blood gas index,Inflammatory Index,COPD score and self-care ability.
