地塞米松注射液说明书使用方法和用药的安全性分析

Safety analysis of dexamethasone injection instruction and medication

目的探究地塞米松注射液说明书使用方法和用药的安全性。方法将2021年10月-2022年10月收治的呼吸道感染患者100例分为观察组(严格依据说明书将5%葡萄糖溶液作为地塞米松注射液稀释溶媒治疗)和对照组(不经稀释直接静脉注射治疗),每组各50例。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生不良反应(胃肠道反应、低血钾、恶心呕吐)的患者共1例(2.00%),少于对照组的9例(18.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对呼吸道感染患者,严格依据说明书以5%葡萄糖溶液作为地塞米松注射液稀释溶媒治疗,对患者临床疗效的提升意义重大,同时能够减少不良反应的发生,说明依据说明书溶媒治疗的方式效果更好。

Objective To explore the usage method and safety analysis of dexamethasone injection.Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,there were 100 patients with respiratory tract infections in the observation group(treated strictly according to the instructions with 5%glucose solution as a diluent for dexamethasone injection)and control group(direct intravenous injection therapy without dilution),50 cases each.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the gastrointestinal reaction,hypokalemia,nausea and vomiting in the observation group(1 case,2.00%)was lower than that of the control group(9 cases,18.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with respiratory tract infection,it is of great significance to improve the clinical curative effect by using 5%glucose solution as dilution solvent of dexamethasone injection according to the instruction strictly,at the same time can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,that is,according to the instructions of the solvent treatment method is better.
