摘要
目的探讨思维导图结合案例教学模式在乡村医师临床培养中的作用。方法首都医科大学延庆教学医院2019年1月-11月(2018级)及2022月1月-11月(2021级)临床实习的两届乡村医师共72人,传统教学方法授课的2018级乡村医师为传统教学组,共36人;以思维导图+案例教学方法授课为思维导图+案例教学组,共36人。两组均应用网络工具(公众号、网络授课、微信)等多种形式进行课后答疑、教学效果反馈、推送健康科普文章增加健康宣教内容。比较两组理论考核成绩及临床技能考核成绩;采用满意度调查形式了解教学成效。结果思维导图+案例教学组的理论考核成绩及临床技能考核成绩均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度调查问卷显示:与传统教学组相比,思维导图+案例教学组学生对授课形式、授课效果以及授课过程更满意,满意度分别为94.44%、97.22%、94.44%。结论思维导图结合案例的教学方法与传统的教学方法比较,更有利于学生发散思维,提高自主思考能力,适合临床思维的培养,同时能够提高学生的学习兴趣和效率。结合当前的科技发展及互联网的普及程度,应用互联网工具除了能够开展线上教学、科普以外,更便于老师与学生的交流、答疑和学习效果反馈。
Objective To explore the role of mind mapping combined with Case method in the clinical training of rural doctors.Method A total of 72 rural doctors who underwent two clinical internships in our hospital from January to November 2019(2018 level)and from January to November 2022(2021 level),and 36 rural doctors who received traditional teaching methods as the control group;the method of mind mapping+Case method is used as the method group of mind mapping+Case method,with a total of 36 people.Both groups used network tools(official account,online teaching,WeChat)and other forms to answer questions after class,feedback teaching effects,and push health science articles to increase health education content.Compare the theoretical assessment scores and clinical skill assessment scores of two groups;satisfaction survey form to understand teaching effectiveness.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and clinical skill assessment in the mind map+Case method group were higher than those in the traditional teaching method group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the satisfaction questionnaire shows that compared with the traditional teaching group,the students in the mind map+Case method group are more satisfied with the teaching form,teaching effect and teaching process,and their satisfaction is 94.44%,97.22%and 94.44%respectively.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the method of mind mapping combined with Case method is more conducive to the improvement of students'divergent thinking and independent thinking ability,suitable for the cultivation of clinical thinking,and can improve students'learning interest and efficiency.Considering the current technological development and the popularity of the internet,the application of internet tools not only enables online teaching and science popularization,but also facilitates communication,Q&A,and learning feedback between teachers and students.
