基于专科护士为主导的MMC运行模式在超重/肥胖2型糖尿病患者中的干预效果研究

Study on the intervention effect of MMC operation mode led by specialized nurses in overweight/obese type 2 diabetes patients

目的探究基于专科护士为主导的国家标准化代谢性疾病管理中心(MMC)运行模式在超重/肥胖2型糖尿病患者中的干预效果。方法纳入江西省萍乡市人民医院2022年1月-2022年6月收治的80例超重/肥胖2型糖尿病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40例)和观察组(n=40例)。对照组采取专科护士常规护理,观察组实施由专科护士主导的MMC运行模式,均持续护理6个月。比较两组血糖水平、临床指标、自我管理行为。结果对比两组干预前血糖水平、临床指标、自我管理行为,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组干预3个月、6个月后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组,体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、内脏脂肪及皮下脂肪面积均较对照组低,糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在超重/肥胖2型糖尿病患者中实施由专科护士主导的MMC运行模式能够有效提高自我管理能力,降低血糖水平,改善临床相关指标。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of the operation mode of the national standardized metabolic disease management center(MMC)based on specialized nurse in overweight/obese type 2 diabetes patients.Methods 80 overweight/obese type 2 diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(n=40 cases)and the observation group(n=40 cases).The control group was given routine nursing care by specialist nurses,while the observation group was given MMC operation mode led by specialist nurses,which lasted for 6 months.Compare the blood glucose level,clinical indicators and self-management behavior between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels,clinical indicators,and self-management behavior between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the glucose test fasting blood sugar(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose(PBG),and Glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 3 months and 6 months of intervention.Body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),visceral fat,and subcutaneous fat area in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The score of diabetes self-management behavior scale(SDSCA)was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of MMC operation mode led by specialized nurses in overweight/obese type 2 diabetes patients can effectively improve self-management ability,reduce blood sugar level and improve clinical related indicators.
