铜砭刮痧联合徒手淋巴引流预防乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的临床研究

Clinical study on copper needle scraping combined with free hand lymphatic drainage to prevent breast cancer related lymphedema

目的研究铜砭刮痧联合徒手淋巴引流预防乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的临床疗效。方法选取2019年10月-2022年10月在湖南省肿瘤医院确诊的60例乳腺癌患者,随机将患者分为联合干预组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组患者采用常规模式干预,联合干预组采用铜砭刮痧联合徒手淋巴引流干预,两组患者均持续干预4周。分别于干预前后,评估两组患者的淋巴水肿程度,并对患者的生存质量进行评估比较。结果干预后联合干预组的水肿程度较对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后联合干预组患者的欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量核心调查问卷(EORTC-QLQ-C30)量表评分和乳腺癌特异性量表(EORTC-QLQ-BR23)评分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铜砭刮痧联合徒手淋巴引流可以较好地减轻乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿程度,改善患者的预后情况。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Tongbian scraping combined with bare hand lymphatic drainage in preventing breast cancer related lymphedema.Methods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer diagnosed in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were randomly divided into a combined intervention group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional intervention mode,and the combined intervention group was treated with Tongbian scraping combined with bare hand lymphatic drainage.Both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks.The degree of lymphedema in the two groups was evaluated before and after the intervention,and the quality of life of the patients was compared.Results After intervention,the degree of edema in the combined intervention group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the European Core Questionnaire on Quality of Life for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC-QLQ-C30)scale and the Breast Cancer Specificity Scale(EORTC-QLQ-BR23)in the combined intervention group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongbian scraping combined with bare hand lymphatic drainage can alleviate lymphedema associated with breast cancer and improve the prognosis of patients.
