八正散治疗湿热下注型淋证的临床观察

Clinical observation on Bazheng powder in treating dampheat downward-pouring type of gonorrhea syndrome

目的分析在实施湿热下注型淋证患者治疗过程中应用八正散所获得的临床疗效。方法此次实验研究将2019年10月-2022年10月期间在天津市河西区尖山街社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的湿热下注型淋证患者68例作为实验对象,根据电脑随机分组法将患者分为人数相同的实验组(例数:34,治疗方法:常规抗生素抗感染+八正散治疗)与对比组(例数:34,治疗方法:常规抗生素抗感染治疗)。结果两组患者治疗前中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平并无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后,实验组患者治疗有效率、治疗后中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平以及尿常规白细胞消失率、尿培养菌落消失率均显著差别于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论针对湿热下注型淋证患者实施治疗的过程中,八正散所获得的治疗效果相对较为理想,值得予以进一步临床分析与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Bazheng powder in the treatment of damp-heat downward-pouring type of gonorrhea syndrome.Methods Sixty-eight patients with damp-heat downward-infusing type of gonococcal syndrome who received treatment in hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as experimental subjects in this study,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=34)and control group(n=34)according to the method of computer.Result The results showed that there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score and serum inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the effective rate,TCM symptom score,serum inflammatory factors,the disappearance rate of routine WBC and urine culture colony in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Bazheng powder in the treatment of damp-heat downward-pouring type of gonococcal syndrome is relatively ideal,and it is worthy of further clinical analysis and application.
