中医食疗辅助中医药应用于气滞型胃溃疡患者对疗效及血清炎症因子的影响

Effect of Chinese medicine diet assisted by Chinese medicine on therapeutic effect and serum inflammatory factors in patients with Qi stagnation gastric ulcer

摘要 目的探究中医食疗辅助中医药应用于气滞型胃溃疡患者对疗效及血清炎症因子的影响。方法选择2020年1月-2021年1月在西安市阎良区人民医院接受治疗的73例气滞型胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=37)和研究组(n=36),两组均给予西医常规治疗,对照组采用柴胡疏肝汤加减治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予中医食疗辅助治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的72.97%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分均明显降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清炎症因子水平均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医食疗辅助中医药治疗气滞型胃溃疡患者临床效果显著,中医证候积分降低,并有效降低患者炎症反应。 Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine diet assisted by traditional Chinese medicine on the therapeutic effect and serum inflammatory factors in patients with Qi stagnation gastric ulcer.Method A total of 73 patients with Qi-stagnation gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(n=37 cases)and study group(n=36 cases)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,while those in the control group were treated with Chaihu Shugan decoction plus or minus treatment.On the basis of the control group,the study group was given the adjuvant therapy of traditional Chinese medicine diet.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.97%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum inflammatory factor levels in 2 groups were significantly decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM diet assisted TCM in the treatment of patients with Qi stagnation gastric ulcer has significant clinical effect,reducing TCM symptom score and effectively reducing patients'inflammatory response.
