摘要
某炼铅贵冶废炉砖含金银较高,且粒度较细,为高效综合回收金银,采用浮选法对该炉砖进行回收试验,并利用正交试验方法优化粗选作业药剂制度以提高金银回收率。结果表明,影响金银回收率的显著因素为碳酸钠、8250及丁基黄药用量,而不显著影响因素为丁铵黑药和松醇油用量。根据试验确定粗选作业的最优条件为:碳酸钠用量为4 000 g/t, 8250用量为75 g/t,丁基黄药用量为200 g/t,丁铵黑药用量为75 g/t,松醇油用量为200 g/t,在此条件下,可获得产率33.6%,金回收率为90.0%,银回收率为86.8%的金银粗精矿,同时从结果也可以看出,采用浮选工艺从微细粒级废炉砖中回收金银可行,研究结果对从废炉砖中回收金银贵金属具有一定参考意义。
Some waste furnace brick from lead smelter contains high gold and silver,and the particle size is fine.In order to recover the gold and silver efficiently and comprehensively,the recovery of gold and silver from the furnace bricks by flotation method was studied,and the orthogonal test method was used to optimize the reagent system of roughing operation to improve the gold and silver recovery.The results showed the significant factors affecting the recovery of gold and silver were the dosage of sodium carbonate,8250and butyl xanthate,and the dosage of ammonium butyrate and terpene oil were not significant factors.The optimal conditions for roughing were the dosage of sodium carbonate being 4000g/t,the dosage of 8250being 75g/t,the dosage of butyl xanthate being 200g/t,the dosage of ammonium dibutyl dithiophoaphate being 75g/t,and the dosage of terpene oil being 200g/t.Under the optimum conditions,the rough concentrate of gold and silver with yield of 33.6%,gold recovery of 90.0%and silver recovery of 86.8%can be obtained.At the same time,it can be seen from the results that it is feasible to recover gold and silver from micro-fine waste furnace bricks by flotation process,and the results have certain reference significance for the recovery of gold,silver and precious metals from waste furnace bricks.
