南美洲某斑岩型铜矿弱碱性矿浆中浮选铜的试验研究

摘要 南美洲某铜矿为伴生金银的斑岩型铜矿,矿石中铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,少量为蓝辉铜矿,偶见铜蓝及黝铜矿、孔雀石;其他金属矿物主要为黄铁矿,另有微量金红石、毒砂、磁铁矿、磁黄铁矿等;非金属矿物主要为石英、绢云母,其次为正长石、钠长石、绿泥石、方解石、白云石、黑云母等。EC药剂在弱碱性矿浆中对铜矿物具有选择性强且对伴生金银矿物也有较好浮选效果的特点。以相同的粗磨抛尾、粗精矿再磨浮选的原则流程,通过采用选择性捕收剂EC并以丁基黄药为粗选辅助捕收剂的新药剂条件,在弱碱性浆中EC药剂粗选加丁基黄药粗扫选的流程方案,小型闭路试验获得铜精矿铜品位26.21%及回收率87.49%,指标较理想,其总尾矿水pH值<9,达到属地淡水体排放标准要求。 A copper deposit in South America was a porphyry copper deposit associated with gold and silver.The copper minerals in the ore were mainly chalcopyrite,a small amount of digenite,and occasionally covellite,tetrahedrite and malachite.Other metallic minerals were mainly pyrite,and trace rutile,arsenopyrite,magnetite,pyrrhotite,and so on.The nonmetallic minerals were mainly quartz and sericite,followed by orthoclase,albite,chlorite,calcite,dolomite and biotite.EC reagent had strong selectivity to copper minerals and good flotation effect to associated gold and silver minerals in weak alkaline pulp.Based on the same principle flowsheet of rough grinding for discarding tailings and rough concentrate regrinding for flotation,a flowsheet scheme of EC reagent roughing plus butyl xanthate rough scavenging in weakly alkaline pulp was proposed by using a new reagent condition of selective collector EC and butyl xanthate as roughing auxiliary collector.Small-scale closed-circuit tests obtained copper concentrate with copper grade of 26.21%and recovery of 87.49%,the index was ideal,the total tailings water pH value<9,which meet the requirements of territorial fresh water discharge standards.
