替硝唑辅助根管充填对牙体牙髓病患者牙周微生态及红白美学的影响

Effects of Tinidazole Assisted Root Canal Filling on Periodontal Microecology and Red-White Aesthetics in Patients with Endodontic Diseases

目的:探讨替硝唑辅助根管充填对牙体牙髓病患者牙周微生态、龈沟液炎症因子及红白美学的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将2019年6月-2021年8月笔者医院收治的80例牙体牙髓病患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用次氯酸钠消毒联合环氧树脂类糊剂根管充填,观察组采用替硝唑辅助环氧树脂类糊剂根管充填。比较两组的牙周微生态指标[菌斑指数(Plaque index,PLI)、龈沟出血指数(Sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、牙龈指数(Gingival index,GI)和牙周袋深度(Periodontal deep,PD)]、龈沟液炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、IL-4和超敏C反应蛋白(High-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)]水平及红白美学指标。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组的PLI、SBI、GI、PD及龈沟液IL-1β、IL-4、hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的PES评分、WES评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:替硝唑辅助根管充填能有效调节牙体牙髓病患者的牙周微生态情况,抑制炎症反应,改善红白美学效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of tinidazole assisted root canal filling on periodontal microecology,inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid and red-white aesthetics in patients with endodontic diseases.Methods According to the random number table method,80 patients with endodontic diseases who were divided into control group and observation group in the author's hospital from June 2019 to August 2021,40 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium hypochlorite disinfection combined with epoxy resin paste root canal filling,and the observation group was given tinidazole assisted root canal filling with epoxy resin paste.The periodontal microecological indexes[plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),gingival index(GI)and periodontal pocket depth(PD)],levels of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors[INTERleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-4 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)]and red-white aesthetic indexes(PES,WES)were compared between the two groups.Results 1 month after treatment,the PLI,SBI,GI,PD and levels of gingival crevicular fluid IL-1,IL-4,hs-CRP in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The PES score and the WES score in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tinidazole assisted root canal filling could effectively regulate the periodontal microecology of patients with endodontic diseases,inhibit the inflammatory response and improve the red-white aesthetic effect.
