实现立德树人根本任务、培养时代新人进而推动中华民族的伟大复兴离不开教育事业的高质量发展,更离不开一支高素质的教师队伍。开放教育是我国社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,开放教育教师的素养体系对开放教育的高质量发展发挥着至关重要的作用。思想道德修养、教育教学能力、数字化素养以及科研创新水平是开放教育教师综合素养体系的四梁八柱。实现开放教育高质量发展,必须通过多种举措提高教师的这四方面的素养。

The fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,cultivating new talents of the times,and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation cannot be achieved without the high-quality development of education,let alone a high-quality teaching team.Open education is an important component of China's socialist education cause,and the quality system of open education teachers plays a crucial role in the high-quality development of open education.Ideological and moral cultivation,educational and teaching abilities,digital literacy,and scientific research innovation level are the core elements of the comprehensive literacy system for open education teachers.To achieve high-quality development of open education,it is necessary to improve teachers'literacy in these four aspects through various measures.
