摘要
共价有机框架(COFs)是一种具有二维(2D)或三维(3D)结构的共价有机多孔晶体材料,主要由碳(C)、氧(O)、氮(N)、硼(B)等元素通过共价键连接而成,具有低密度、大比表面积、多维性、多孔性和高有序晶体结构等优点.作为近几年发展起来的一种新型多孔晶体材料,由于其具有良好的生物相容性、化学稳定性和表面易改性,已有许多报道证实了其在生物医药领域具有广阔的前景.文章概述了COFs在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展,包括药物递送、光动力疗法(PDT)、光热疗法(PTT)和联合疗法,此外还讨论了COFs在肿瘤治疗领域所面临的主要挑战和发展趋势.
Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)are a kind of porous crystal materials with two-dimensional(2D)or threedimensional(3D)structure,which are mainly composed of carbon(C),oxygen(O),nitrogen(N),and boron(B)elements connected by covalent bonds.They have the advantages of low density,large specific surface area,multi-dimension,porosity,and high ordered crystal structure.As a new kind of porous crystal materials developed in recent years,they have been confirmed by many reports that they have a broad prospect in the field of biomedicine because of their good biocompatibility,chemical stability,and easy surface modification.This review summarizes the research progress of COFs in cancer therapy,including drug delivery,photodynamic therapy(PDT),photothermal therapy(PTT),and combination therapy.In addition,the main challenges and development trends of COFs in cancer therapy are also discussed.
