氧压水浸黄铁矿及其动力学研究

摘要 研究了氧压水浸黄铁矿,并分析了浸出动力学。考察了矿石粒度、温度、氧分压和搅拌速度对铁浸出的影响。结果表明:在矿石粒度-47μm、温度180℃、氧分压1.2 MPa、搅拌速度900 r/min、浸出时间90 min条件下,黄铁矿中铁浸出率为50%,铁转化率可达100%;黄铁矿浸出产生的钝化层为Fe_(2)O_(3)和少量单质S;浸出过程受混合模型控制,表观活化能为48.28 kJ/mol。 Water leaching of pyrite with oxygen pressure was studied and leaching kinetics was analyzed.The effects of particle size,temperature,oxygen partial pressure and stirring speed on iron leaching were investigated.The results show that under the optimal conditions of particle size of-47μm,temperature of 180℃,oxygen partial pressure of 1.2 MPa,stirring speed of 900 r/min and leaching time of 90 min,the iron conversion rate can reach 100%.The passivation layer produced by pyrite leaching is Fe_(2)O_(3) and a small amount of elemental S.The leaching process is controlled by a mixed model with an apparent activation energy of 48.28 kJ/mol.
