互联网公益技术支持机构赋能社会组织的变迁模式与驱动因素——以J机构为例

The Practical Strategy and Value Purpose of the Technology Transformation of the Internet Public Welfare Platform:Takes J Company as an Example

互联网技术和公益的结合正成为我国公益事业发展的显著趋势,互联网技术支持机构在其中发挥着关键性中介作用。基于TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)框架,选取J机构作为案例,分析互联网公益技术支持机构在赋能社会组织过程中自身模式变迁过程及其背后呈现的演化逻辑。研究发现:互联网公益技术支持机构在一定程度上重塑了社会组织的业务流程和战略体系,推动生成多元主体融合参与公益事业的行业生态,显示技术赋能公益的可行性和有效性。虽然J机构在不同阶段分别采取了定制化、标准化和可持续化的技术赋能模式,但背后呈现的是一以贯之的行动逻辑,即“价值为本,技术为用”。在分析公益领域组织的技术采纳时,有必要将价值(Value)作为核心重点突出,生成TOEV框架。

The combination of Internet technology and public welfare is becoming a significant trend in the development of charity and public welfare undertakings in China,and technical support institutions play a key intermediary role in it.This paper selects J Company as a case to analyze the model change process of TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)framework in the process of enabling social organization and the evolution logic behind it.The survey found that public welfare technical support institutions have reshaped the business process and strategy system of public welfare organizations to some extent,promoted the generation of industry ecology that integrates multiple subjects and participate in public welfare undertakings,and proved the feasibility and effectiveness of technology enabling public welfare.Although J company has adopted a customized,standardized and sustainable technology enabling mode at different stages,but behind it is a consistent logic of action,that is,"value-based,technology for use"When analyzing the technology adoption of organizations in the public welfare sector,it is necessary to highlight the value as the core logic to generate a TOEV framework.
