高频振动排痰系统在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果及对肺功能的影响研究

摘要 目的探讨高频振动排痰系统在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果及对肺功能的影响。方法选择2022年1—12月泗水县人民医院收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者100例为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组予以传统拍背法干预,观察组予以高频振动排痰系统干预。比较两组排痰效果,干预前后日均排痰量、痰液黏稠度评分、肺功能指标变化情况。结果观察组排痰总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。干预前,两组日均排痰量、痰液黏稠度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组日均排痰量多于对照组(P<0.05),观察组痰液黏稠度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组肺功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组FEV1/FVC、FEV1、MMEF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高频振动排痰系统在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果显著,提升排痰效果,改善患者肺功能指标,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of high-frequency vibration sputum ejection system in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and its impact on lung function.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis treated in Sishui County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received traditional sputum ejection,while the observation group received high-frequency vibration sputum ejection system.Compare the effectiveness of sputum excretion between two groups,including daily average sputum output,sputum viscosity score,and changes in lung function indicators before and after intervention.Results The total effective rate of sputum excretion in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the daily average sputum output and sputum viscosity scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the average daily sputum output of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the sputum viscosity score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in lung function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the FEV1/FVC,FEV1,and MMEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-frequency vibration sputum ejection system in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis has a significant effect.It can improve the sputum ejection effect and improve the lung function indicators of patients,and is worth promoting.
