李东垣阴火为病与焦虑见症的相似性

On similarities between the symptoms of anxiety patients with those of yin-fire diseases described in Li Dongyuan's work

临证观察,焦虑病人身心症状与李东垣著作中阴火为病见症具有相似性,阴火产生的病机主要为饮食、劳倦、七情等损伤中焦脾胃,脾胃中土气机枢纽伤损之后,人体气机升降浮沉紊乱,上中下三焦气机进一步郁闭化火。运用《脾胃论》中的名方治疗焦虑障碍临床疗效较好,值得深入研究,以期进一步指导临床。

In this study,a clinical observation shows that the physical and mental symptoms of anxiety patients share similarities with those symptoms of yin-fire diseases recorded in Li Dongyuan's work.The syndrome of yin-fire is mainly caused by damages to the spleen and stomach in the middle jiao,which are in turn induced by diet,fatigue and seven emotions,etc.After the qi movement in the spleen and stomach is disrupted,the overall qi circulation in the human body in the forms of ascending,descending,floating and sinking will become disordered,while the qi movement in the upper,middle and lower jiaos will get further depressed and obstructed,which then transforms into fire.The application of those renowned prescriptions in Treatise on Spleen and Stomach is proved to be able to achieve a good clinical effect in the treatment of anxiety disorders,which is worth in-depth research to further guide clinical practice in this respect.
