督灸治疗脊柱疾病的机制研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of Du moxibustion in the treatment of spinal diseases

脊柱疾病是指由于姿势不正、外伤、风寒湿侵袭以及先天性、退行性等原因引起的骨质、椎间盘、韧带、肌肉病变,从而压迫神经的一种疾病。督灸作为一种中医外治法,在治疗脊柱疾病上有着独到的优势,其相关机制作用研究也不断深入。本文总结了督灸治疗脊柱疾病的相关研究资料发现,督灸干预脊柱疾病的作用机制与抑制局部炎症因子释放,调节人体免疫功能,改善内分泌代谢水平,加速血流动力学和增强骨代谢等方面密切相关。

Spinal diseases refer to the pathological changes in bones,intervertebral discs,ligaments and muscles that compress nerves,which are induced by improper posture,trauma,invasion of wind,cold and damp,or congenital and degenerative causes.As an external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Du moxibustion has unique advantages in the treatment of spinal diseases,and the research on its related mechanisms and effects is constantly deepening.This article summarizes the relevant research data on the treatment of spinal diseases with Du moxibustion and finds that the mechanism of its intervention in spinal diseases is closely related to inhibiting the release of local inflammatory factors,regulating human immune function,improving endocrine metabolism,accelerating hemodynamics and enhancing bone metabolism.
