刮板输送机全封闭防尘防护装置应用研究

Application research on fully enclosed dustproof protection device for scraper conveyor

为解决沙坪煤业18206综采工作面所使用的SGW-40T刮板输送机运行过程中存在的机械伤人风险及转载点处煤尘较大等问题,结合刮板输送机自身结构特征,通过对煤尘源及机械伤害风险源进行调研分析,设计应用了全封闭降尘、防护装置。实践表明,该装置应用后减少了人员投入,降低了职工劳动强度,避免了机械伤人的隐患,粉尘浓度整体降低了47%~63%,效果显著,该装置为类似情况提供经验借鉴。

In order to solve the problems of mechanical injury risk and large coal dust at the transfer point in the operation of SGW-40T scraper conveyor used in 18206 fully mechanized mining face of Shaping Coal Industry,combined with the structural characteristics of scraper conveyor,through the investigation and analysis of coal dust source and mechanical injury risk source,a fully enclosed dust reduction and protection device was designed and applied.The practice shows that after the application of the device,the personnel input is reduced,the labor intensity of the workers is reduced,the hidden danger of mechanical injury is avoided,and the dust concentration is reduced by 47%~63%.The effect is remarkable,安and the facility provides experience for similar situations.
