摘要
煤炭洗选是煤炭清洁能源利用的源头,是提高煤炭质量的关键。本文针对常规浮选工艺在处理高灰、高细泥含量煤泥时,普遍存在分选精度不高、精煤灰分偏高、分选效果稳定性较差的问题,以华阳二矿选煤厂为研究对象,对该选煤厂进行二次浮选工艺改造。通过对比改造前后技术指标,结果表明,经过改造后,可有效降低浮选精煤灰分,提高精煤出产率,有助于提高企业技术水平和经济效益。
Coal washing is the source of coal clean energy utilization and the key to improve the quality of coal.In this paper,aiming at the problems of low separation accuracy,high ash content of clean coal and poor stability of separation effect in the treatment of coal slime with high ash and high fine mud content by conventional flotation process,the coal preparation plant of Huayang No.2 Mine is taken as the research object,and the secondary flotation process transformation of the coal preparation plant is carried out.By comparing the technical indicators before and after the transformation,the results show that after the transformation,the ash content of flotation clean coal can be effectively reduced,the yield of clean coal can be improved,and the technical level and economic benefits of enterprises can be improved.
