The Policy Logic and Practical Approach to the Construction of Teaching Resources in International Chinese Education

摘要 《国际中文教育教学资源建设行动计划(2021—2025年)》等5份中文教学资源政策文件是具有战略引领、制度指导、政策支撑等重要意义的资源建设顶层设计,中文教学资源建设以“标准化、体系化、智能化、特色化”为核心要义;资源的“四化”建设遵循价值逻辑、目标逻辑与实践逻辑,是国际中文教育事业攻坚、学科发展的必要之务,是中文教学资源内涵提质、外延增效的必然之策,是国际中文教育跨域融合、技术赋能的必由之路。树立中文教学资源建设价值观,聚焦服务型中文教学资源建设,夯建质量型中文教学资源体系是国际中文教育教学资源建设的实践进路。 Five Chinese education resource policy documents,including the"Action Plan for the Construction of International Chinese Education Teaching Resources(2021-2025)"are the top-level design of resource construction with strategic guidance,institutional guidance and policy support.The construction of Chinese teaching resources is featured with standardization,systematization,intelligence and characteristics as the core meaning.While the construction of"four modernizations"of resources follows the logic of value,goal and practice,and is an essential tool for tackling the challenges of international Chinese education,a necessary task for disciplinary development,a necessary path for improving connotation,an inevitable choice for increasing efficiency,a practical need for cross regional innovation,and a timely strategy for technological empowerment.Establishing the values of Chinese teaching resource construction,focusing on the construction of service-oriented Chinese teaching resources,and building a quality-oriented Chinese teaching resource system are the practical approaches to the construction of international Chinese education teaching resources.
